Apple Blog Says Google’s Android is falling behind the iPhone- hmmm

Google’s (GOOG) Android has fallen behind the pace set by Apple’s (AAPL) smartphone in terms of its presence on the Web

Google’s Android falling behind the iPhone – Apple 2.0.

Fortune.com almost had me until they threw Palm under the bus too. Sure, everyone knows that the iPhone is for the mainstream while the G1 was for the dev. The point is, everyone knows the iphone is for the mainstream and the first Android phone is for techies and Developers!!!!

To wish bad for Palm’s Pre though is just wrong and I’m not sure how neutral this writter thought they were. Didn’t sound like a neutral piece to me…What do you think?
