Single-Handedly Beat By Desean Jackson
"What I liked best was that we were able to stay aggressive, convert on 3rd downs, a
nd have success in the Red Zone. We worked hard on those things as a team and it paid off. What bothered me was that when we started with good field position, we weren't able to take better advantage of it."
I should have won this week in fantasy football but I didn't count on DeSean Jackson blowing up this sunday. What a way to say "hello NFL"! I pitted Domenik Hixon against him but my man never saw the turf.... A rookie? 33 points? Unbelievable *shakes head in amazement...*
Thankfully I didn't have to worry about missing the post press conference, #5 was really reflective on his blog instead. I'm starting to admire his authoritative voice praising t
he rookies(bah) and pointing out them not capitalizing on the short field touchdown chances. He's starting to trust himself and what his team can do...
But back to Desean...Rlly? The announcers kept saying Andy Reid doesn't like rookie WR's and how it should take at least two years to get wide receivers seasoned. Hmmm he might have to rethink that theory. What do you think?
