Sooo, yes I complained when twitter went down every other day.
Yes I laughed at the "Fail Whale" jokes and made up my own.
Yes I joined the "Don't use twitter day"...
Yes I mentioned how DONE I was with twitter.
Yes I tried to use www.Friendfeed.com as a microblogging tool.
Yes I tried www.Identi.ca as a twitter substitute.

Phew! Confession feels so good! Where do I go at this point? Back to www.twitter.com of course. Even Scoble at http://scobleizer.com/ begrudgingly admitted that twitter is where his friends are. Even Rahsheen at http://sheenonline.biz/ asked if Identi.ca went down today due to the lack of conversation. He went to www.rejaw.com but I didn't follow him. I have to draw a line at how many rss/microblogging/IM websites I choose to use. I also tried to use www.phrazit.com because they are from Philly. I must be missing something with this one, can't figure out how to use it...

Mr. Gray at http://www.louisgray.com/live/2008/08/strands-lifestreaming-beta-high-on... just reviewed Strands ( http://beta.strands.com/dashboard ). It's like www.friendfeed.com with the bells and whistles. The pop-ups are animated and such, it gives you a lot of filters and the look is cool. Personally though, it feels bloated.

Twitter as of today,gives me no reason to leave it. Let's see if I can say the same about FriendFeed in 6 more months...
