Verizon Isn't The Only One

"I hate calling Verizon's tech support, they read from a script to diagnosis a problem, and won't deviate from that script even when they can see from my history that their script will not solve my problem."

It all started with AT&T customer service,the first AT&T. Then it progressed/digressed to Verizon. It reached it's Zenith though with DELL. If you ask them anything from left field they pause, and continue with their script. Even as a Tech for them, the process takes 1 hour because the answer is the same no matter what the issue is....I would go into more detail but I've already said too much...
