[June 29th Update- Even though Peek said I didn't need my Email Microsoft Exchange team to set up the Peek's email, I asked them later why couldn't I use the info provided in the web mail properties. They said that mobile email used a different server. Oh, thats why Peek couldn't connect me to my work email, I should've asked my team first...]
I waited before I decided to write this. Ironically, I’m typing this on the peek pronto. I originally bought this device for work, for it’s Microsoft exchange function. However that has not come to fruition yet.
It’s listed as one of it’s selling points(Update: now exchange isn’t listed as one of the possible email accts, am I losing my mind?), unfortunately not many of us peek users have benefited from it yet. The fact that there is only one tech in charge of exchange is amazing, 2 months later and Peek has not hired anyone else to fix it, I’m sure that’s why they still mention that their “team” is working on it.
I do thank their customer service dept for calling me every week to test and then fail. I’m also saddened that for me to get the calender app, I have to buy a wire.
Over all I love the concept and the device, but, I really bought it for work, not for gmail. What do you think?
