Philadelphia starts it’s no talking while driving law December 1st

Well, this a step in the right direction for Philly. I am curious as to how each officer interprets the law. We use speaker phones in our car and I usually just connect my phone to the car speakers.

Is this the correct way to go? They are cracking down even on skate boarders and bicycles. Is a bluetooth ok? Maybe not since we will still be distracted with a hands free device. Ticket goes from 100 to 300 dollars.
