Hi *****,
We’ve been working hard to build all of the best features into the ultimate training log and website for active people, and have added lots of goodies to Strands this month.
Log in to your account to check out the updates and discover what’s new at Strands.
You can now upload photos from your favorite races, runs, and rides while tagging your friends in each photo to share the memories. To tag a friend simply draw a box around them in the photo and start typing their name or username. It’s that easy!

Whether you log a route using our Google Maps integration, your Garmin watch, or our iPhone App you can now see elevation profiles for all of your runs, rides, hikes, and walks.
Click to view the details of a route post and as you drag your mouse across the elevation profile you’ll be able to see where on the map each climb and descent is located.

Many of you wanted a stats page to display all of your sports in one place by week, month, and year… so we built it!
At a quick glance you can now see everything you or one of your athletes has been achieving lately. Just click on the stats tab from any profile, and viola!
