Download the PDF here. It’s hard to tell if Twitter is doing this now because of their forced hand or not. The good thing is that now we get to see how a business can profit from  twitter formally.

Personally though, I don’t think everyone company should jump in with both feet just yet. As Twitter mentioned, watching established brands on twitter is a good start. Seeing how they interact and react can give you loads of info when it’s your turn.

Follow @twelpforce and @Dell and especially @comcastcares to see what is expected of you in the tweetsphere. If you aren’t ready for 3/4 to full transparency, stay out of the pool.
